Return & Refund Policy


At DesiDeliveryVT.com, we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes, there may be issues with delivery. Please read our return policy below for information on how to do so:

1. Eligibility for Return: We accept returns for products that are defective or damaged upon delivery, or if you received the wrong item. We do not accept returns for products that are not defective, damaged, or incorrect. We do not accept returns on used products.

2. Timeframe for Return: You have 72 hours from the time of delivery to initiate a return.

3. Process for Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email at help@desideliveryvt.com or by WhatsApp at +1 802 556 3055. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, a picture and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

4. Condition of Product: Returned products must be in their original packaging and unused, except in cases of a defective or damaged product.

5. Refund Process: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

6. Return Delivery fee: Customers are responsible for the cost of delivery fee $8.99 for returned products.

7. Exceptions: We do not accept returns for perishable food items, Flours and any product which belongs to MisFit Category, To know more about MisFit Category. We highly recommend reviewing your order at the time of delivery to avoid this charge.
